In May 2023 I fractured my right fibula with torn ligaments. I was referred to Dr. Helfet who advised I needed surgery and a plate with screws. I am an avid outdoors person and love to climb and hike. Dr. Helfet and his team have been so supportive. Not only during the initial recovery, but today continue to be a great resource. Within a few months I was back to hiking, rock climbing and within 9 months summited Mount Washington. I am going to Colorado in a couple of weeks for some spectacular rock climbing at 14,000' and will be in the Alps next month back for more climbing. I could not have recovered so quickly without Dr. Helfet and Ethan Jensen who are both extremely kind, patient and provide that personal touch. I highly recommend Dr. Helfet and Ethan. Thank you both!
