After two years post partial knee replacement surgery, I challenged myself to a 5-day hiking trip with Backroads to the Lofoten Islands in Norway. One of the more challenging hikes was on the last day with 1500 foot elevation and a chain-assisted hike. I am so thrilled that I was able to accomplish this with little to no knee pain.
