In early March of 2022, I woke up one morning to this unimaginable pain shooting down my leg from my hip. It happened overnight, and I couldn't wrap my head around what could be causing the pain. I was perfectly fine leading up to this. All I did was go to sleep and wake up, only to experience a type of pain I have never experienced before. I went to a local orthopedist and after 2 months of going back and forth, 1 cortisone shot, and half a bottle of muscle relaxers, the pain just wouldn't go away. I still couldn't walk, stand, sit, lay down without experiencing pain. It felt like an endless torture I couldn't escape. At this point, I needed all the help I could get. I got recommendation from a close family member to see Dr. Sheha's. So I called up his office, and made the next available appointment for a consultation.

After finally seeing Dr. Sheha, he immediately recognized the issue and knew what to do. He recommended a simple minimally invasive surgery that he practically guaranteed would solve the issue, and what do you know, he wasn't wrong! He performed a hemilaminectomy and microdiscectomy, which sounds daunting at first, but ended up being a life saver. A few hours after the procedure was complete, I was able to walk around on my own two feet, without a single ounce of pain that I had been experiencing for over 2 months, that other doctors just couldn't figure out.

My experience was absolutely incredible with Dr. Sheha. His expertise and confidence in his work are just what I needed, and I couldn't offer anyone any higher recommendations than I do for Dr. Sheha.
