Dr. Gausden was great from the beginning with my (long) list of questions, as a surgeon at HSS (and also very responsive to my phone calls), and with my 7-week follow up today. The team/staff of PA and NPs held my hand through the most painful and trying moments post-surgery when I was at home. Today at my 7-week visit, Dr. Gausden said I'm healing so well, and I'm starting to return to my beloved swimming and hiking. I gave up my walker for a cane a few weeks ago, and now I don't need any assistance at all.
