I have had knee issues for many years. HSS is where I had several knee surgeries, PRP and gel injections, and ultimately knee replacements after being bone on bone for almost a decade. Since the knee replacement surgeries in 2019 I have mobility I haven’t had in over 20 years. I am pain-free. This got me back to working out more seriously. I have lost over 70 pounds since the surgery and on March 17th, 2022, I submitted Mt. Kilimanjaro. But equally as impressive is I can play with and run around with my 3 grandchildren as much as I want with no pain or limits.
