Sofia Brunaccioni

Since I was three years old, I have done cheerleading. At the age of 14, my back pain started and my pain became unbearable. I went to doctor after doctor trying to figure out what was wrong with me, and finally I found Dr. Sheha, who gave me hope that my back pain would go away. He chose to try every other non-surgical possibility to give me the chance to finish out my senior season of cheer. After my season, I had a lumbar discectomy, and my back felt so much better immediately after surgery! I received amazing care throughout my experience with HSS. Dr. Sheha and his team treated me with the most upright respect, and comforted me and my mother throughout the scary process of surgery.

Recently in the last couple of weeks, I have retuned to cheerleading and my body feels amazing! I'm so incredibly grateful for everything Dr. Sheha has done for me, and I would recommend him to everyone!
