I can only say that, at the age of seventy-five, Dr. Sam Taylor and HSS have given me a new lease on life. I am used to being a very active person but had suffered with crippling shoulder pain for years. I had my total shoulder replacement surgery with Dr. Taylor in March of this year (2018); now, at the beginning of June, I am pain-free and have complete use of my arm. Dr. Taylor is exceedingly skilled (please see my pic - I haven't been able to do THAT in years!) and is unfailingly kind, caring and honestly interested in one's case (not to mention that he has a wicked sense of humor). I would recommend him unreservedly to anyone contemplating orthopedic surgery.
