Besides having the surgery, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had! From my first visit with Dr. Dines to my follow up with Brinn and Dr. Dines. Your entire staff were fantastic. Karen, Dr. Dines' coordinator helped me with a difficult schedule for my surgery because of the pain I was experiencing. She took the time to make calls to HSS and get me the best possible date.

The HSS staff, the day of pre-screening, took the time to explain everything to me. I told them I was afraid of needles and they made sure to keep me calm. The day of surgery went like "a well oiled machine". Everyone was professional and understanding of my situation with injections. Everything was timed perfectly - Mary-Jean, Dr. Dines' office manager, made sure of everything. She checked up on me on a Saturday to make sure I had my meds taken care of and followed up on Monday.

Brinn, Dr. Dines' PA was the more than perfect. I called her too many times and she returned every call. So professional, understanding and caring. She made sure I had all the information I needed and made sure I had all my medicine for a full recovery. At my follow up Dr. Dines gave me all the information for a full recovery. As I said the entire process was flawless. I would recommend you guys to everyone. I could go on but you're probably tired of reading. I can't thank Dr. Dines and his whole team enough!!!
