In August, I met with Dr. Jordan Metzl for a second opinion related to pain and swelling in my left knee. After his review of my radiology films, he said I can go back to running and I didn't need another surgery. So we made a plan and started Euflexxa injections. 12 days after starting the exercise regimen I ran my NYRR 5th Avenue mile, taking 6 minutes off my time and I was pain free. I have been running local races as well as half marathons with improvement of my times.
