Olga Hincapie is a physical therapist originally from Bogota-Colombia. She worked as a hand therapist in Colombia for more than 15 years and is a founding member of the Colombian Association of Hand Therapists. Olga moved to the United States in 2007, and worked in New York for 12 years. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University in 2015.
She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and its Hand and Upper Extremity Academy, as well as the American Society of Hand Therapists where she volunteers in the mentorship program and translates educational resources from English to Spanish. Olga’s clinical interests includes orthoses fabrication for the upper extremity, trauma and arthritis of the upper extremity and chronic pain conditions.
