Kelyssa Hall is an exercise physiologist at both the Hospital for Special Surgery’s Orthopedic Physical Therapy Center as well as the Integrative Care Center. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology. She is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA and holds numerous certifications for specific needs and modalities in the fitness field, including the Aquatic Exercise Association, Precision Nutrition, and Functional Movement Screening.
Kelyssa has been in the fitness and rehabilitation field for 23 years and counting. She has worked in a variety of settings including physical therapy clinics, personal training, and aquatic exercise. Kelyssa has a passion for helping people keep doing the things they love to do, and strives to empower people to live their best life by working with them to integrate physical activity habits into their daily routines while focusing on functional movement, balance, strength, and endurance. She has an extensive background working with the older population and people with complex health issues.
