Tiffany Chag is a performance coach and registered dietician. A fitness professional with more than 10 years experience in the field, she has worked with a diverse population of clients ranging from youth and collegiate athletes to those managing chronic disease and recovering from serious injuries. As a former Division I soccer player who suffered bilateral ACL tears followed by compartment syndrome, she understands the frustration of injury, the importance of patience in the recovery process, and the need to get back to doing what we love--whether that's soccer, a morning run, or being active with the family.
Tiffany has provided nutritional counseling to student athletes at Boston University, Fordham University, Manhattan College, and St. Francis College and spoken about exercise and diet to the New York Road Runners and The Clinton Foundation. She has been cited in a variety of media outlets.
Tiffany completed her master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from Teachers College, Columbia University where her research focused on sports nutrition and performance for female collegiate athletes. She is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
