Michele Naumann-Carlstrom, LMT

Michele Naumann-Carlstrom is a NY State Board Certified Massage Therapist on the HSS Performance and Wellness team. She has been practicing orthopedic massage since 2007, with a special interest in using myofascial and neuromuscular techniques to correct and reset faulty movement patterns resulting from long-term compensation. Michele has also trained in the Julstro Method of Osteopathic Muscular Therapy (JMOMT) and CranioSacral Therapy (CST), often adding components of these techniques to identify and treat clients’ soft tissue injuries, restriction, and pain. She holds a certification in Advanced Sports Massage, is a 200+ Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and currently serves as Chair of the NYS Board for Massage Therapy.
