Sophie D'Souza, PT, DPT

Sophie D'Souza earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2023, beginning her career in an outpatient orthopedic setting in Brooklyn, NY. She has worked at HSS since 2025, continuing to expand her experience treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions across the lifespan. With a certification in reformer pilates, she enjoys incorporating pilates-based principles into her treatment approach to enhance strength, mobility, and overall function. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants.
