Haoyu Li is a doctor of physical therapy, certified strength and conditioning specialist, and clinical researcher dedicated to helping people move better and improve physical performance.
He earned his bachelor of science in Psychology from Peking University and his Master of Education in Applied Physiology and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Columbia University. His clinical experience spans orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He has worked with a wide range of individuals, from professional athletes and active adults to older adults with complex medical and mobility needs.
Haoyu is also a competitive physique athlete, Olympic weightlifter, powerlifter, and collegiate gold medalist. He has contributed to several peer reviewed publications in biomechanics, digital health, virtual reality, robotics, cardiovascular rehabilitation, and neurodegenerative disease.
His holistic clinical approach integrates evidence based rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and individualized movement analysis and programming to help patients achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
