About Keith Williamson
Keith Williamson, MS, PA-C, ATC is a board-certified physician assistant at HSS and is licensed in New York, New Jersey and Florida. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in sports medicine, having worked alongside world-renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. David Altchek for nearly 25 years.
Keith assisted in the care of the NY Mets and elite athletes across the MLB, NFL, NBA, MLS, USTA, NHL and Olympic teams. His clinical expertise includes a broad range of orthopedic conditions, with a focus in sports medicine, particularly elbow baseball injures such as UCL/Tommy John injuries, tennis elbow, OCD; shoulder conditions such as rotator cuff tears, shoulder dislocations/instability; and knee issues including ACL, MCL, meniscus injuries and patellar instability.
He offers comprehensive patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, imaging and lab orders, therapeutic injections (including PRP), and personalized treatment planning. Keith also facilitates timely access to surgical or specialty care when needed, ensuring patients receive the highest level of orthopedic support.
