The Foam Roller Workout That Hits Your Most Important Muscles

"As muscles get stronger, they often lose flexibility," said Jordan D. Metzl, MD, primary care sports medicine physician at HSS. "The best way to make - and keep - muscles more pliable is by using a foam roller."

When you roll muscles across the foam roller, you're loading pressure points on the muscle to relax it.  Follow Dr. Metzl's workout routine 2-3 times a week on alternate days, it only takes 15 minutes!
