Hospital for Special Surgery subleases space in Midtown East

New York Post—July 25, 2017

The 'Between the Bricks' column of New York Post reported that Hospital for Special Surgery has recently subleased a new, offsite location at 777 Third Ave.

According to the article, the hospital will have the second through fifth floors in the 38-story glass tower. Representing HSS, Brian Given of Colliers International commented on the new space. "It is part of a hospital campus expansion and will locate their non-clinical staff off campus so the hospital can continue to grow and expand. It’s very attractive, move-in condition space."
