How 10 hospitals took their total joint replacement programs to the next level

Becker's Hospital Review published an article highlighting 10 hospitals and health systems who have updated their total joint replacement programs with new initiatives.

They report that Hospital for Special Surgery has provided more than 9,000 hip and knee replacements each year. HSS is using telehealth to engage patients before and after their surgeries to improve outcomes and stay connected to patients after they return home.

According to Becker's Hospital Review, 97% of total knee replacement patients report pain relief and 96.3% report return to function two years post-surgery.
