Ryan Fitzpatrick Hopeful he Won't Miss Any Action if He Opts for Surgery

ESPN Staff Writer, Rich Cimini reports that New York Jets' quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick is debating whether or not to undergo surgery this week to repair a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his left thumb.

The article includes comment from Aaron Daluiski, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at Hospital for Special Surgery, who mentions that "it becomes more difficult to fix by waiting. It's still fixable, but it's easier to do it sooner."
