GME Verification

In order to ensure the continued support of HSS graduates, Academic Training provides verification letters confirming the dates of training completed by residents and fellows.

To obtain verification, please email the verification request and signed release form to academictraining@hss.edu and make sure to include the trainee name and program completed.

Please allow 7-14 business days for verifications to be processed from the time payment and request are received. Academic Training will FedEx materials when provided a FedEx mailing label by the requestor.

Please provide a check made payable to Academic Training for $50.00 ($52.00 if notarization is required). Kindly include the name of verification subject in the memo line.

Please note the $50 fee will be waived if you meet any of the below criteria:

  • programs and healthcare institutions located in the State of New York
  • requests regarding residents and fellows currently in one of our training programs
  • requests regarding residents and fellows who have completed one of our training programs within the past twelve months
  • physicians currently serving in the United States military
  • governmental agencies and state boards; and any entity that can demonstrate that payment of the fee would create an unreasonable financial hardship (please email fee waiver request to: academictraining@hss.edu)
