HSS invites you to apply to our network of recommended therapy providers. Wherever you practice, there are opportunities to join HSS’ effort to provide exceptional care to patients who cannot utilize HSS for their outpatient rehabilitation.

Location Members

HSS Rehabilitation National Network - Participating Locations are outpatient physical and occupational therapy facilities located throughout the nation which provide HSS patients a resource for accessing with confidence the highest level of care wherever they are.

Associate Members

HSS Rehabilitation National Network - Associate Members are individual physical and occupational therapy clinicians recommended to patients. Associate Members must be outside the regional vicinity of HSS and HSS Rehab Network locations.
