Femur Lengthening with Monolateral EBI Frame for Growth Arrest

This child was in a serious accident that caused her femur growth plate to close and a resulting leg length discrepancy and deformity.
Post-Op
An osteotomy of the femur was done for gradual lengthening and deformity correction in addition to a hemiepiphyseal stapling of the tibia.
