My experience with Dr. Sheha, HSS Stamford, and the entire care team was truly outstanding. For more than a year, I suffered from debilitating pain and underwent physical therapy and pain management treatments with little relief.

Dr. Sheha performed my spine surgery on March 6, 2026, and I am incredibly grateful to say that I am now completely pain-free. Since my surgery, I have returned to work, resumed water aerobics, and even planted a vegetable garden this spring.
