When I first walked through the doors at HSS, I was greeted by the most wonderful gentleman, Brennan Savage. Incredible he was. He made me feel as if I was the only person there and made sure that I had all I needed and more. I am sure he is like this with everyone. You get an immediate sense of calm and reassurance that you truly are at the RIGHT place. This carried on throughout the entire establishment - nurses, janitors, check in - right the way along. Then came the surgery. First class, well looked after and again a true sense of comfort and belief that HSS is the place to be when you need serious help. I apologize that I cannot recall everyone's names, however they know who they are and as I mentioned earlier, EVERYONE at HSS is truly amazing, very professional and happy. The happy side comes from the top. You treat those around you well and they will pass on their love and attention to those in need. Thank you all.
