OT Aviva Wolff helped me return to playing after a diagnosis of frozen shoulder. She prescribed a series of exercises that helped lessen the pain and increase my range of motion - and adapted and adjusted the program as the symptoms evolved. She watched me play and made useful suggestions on how to modify my posture and technique to avoid aggravating the neck and shoulders. She even evaluated and made suggestions on how to improve the ergonomics of my home work station. She answered questions and took me seriously as a patient. Thank you, Aviva!
