I came to Dr. Positano about ten years ago after a bad experience with a podiatrist, who fitted me unsuccessfully with orthotics. I was referred to Dr. Positano by my primary care physician. He diagnosed Morton's neuroma and treated it non-surgically with orthotics. I remember the first day coming home from his office wearing the new orthotics and thinking "whose feet are these?". To this day I can't remember what the pain was like before being treated by Dr. Positano. I have had maintenance with EPAT (Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Treatment) that has successfully kept me pain-free. In addition I am an old lady who has had balance problems resulting in sprained ankles, which he has successfully and non-surgically treated. He is not only my "foot whisperer", he is also my psychiatrist lifting my spirits when I am blue. He doesn't just treat my feet, he treats my spirit. He is always available and what is most admirable, beside being a doctor par excellence, he is a good soul and fine human being. I love him.
