Pickle ball without pain - and all my other activities that make my life complete - that's my 'Back in the Game' story. And, it was made possible with the care and treatment that I received from Dr. Alice Chen.

My back and hip pain had reached a point that I could not bend or stand in one place for more than five minutes without pain. After my facet block, I am essentially pain-free, am not taking painkillers and am ending activities when I am done, not when pain forces me to stop.

I have seen Dr. Chen for several years and have always found her to be a thoughtful, careful diagnostician. She takes the time during appointments to ask questions and to listen, making a difference in both the doctor/patient relationship and the resulting treatment.
