My experience with HSS was exceptional. From the reception to the doctors, the care and treatment was outstanding. You have a conversation regarding the best course of action. I am very grateful for such care from each person who was involved in my care process from the beginning at admissions to the x-rays all the way to my operation and discharge. Every single person introduced themselves and told me what their part was in patient care. There was a sense of pride of being part of HSS from each staff member. It inspired confidence for me and from this I felt that my outcome was going to be a great one. In less than one week after physical therapy I was able to move/use my right hand. I look back and there was no reason to worry. Everything was great! Again, I am deeply grateful for all your attentive care.
