I went to HSS after months of therapy and cortisone shots could not relieve the pain in my elbow. I am an Adapted Physical Education Teacher and mother of two and had pain everyday. Dr. Nawabi took the time to explain the extent of my injury and how he would repair it. We traveled from Binghamton, NY and all appointments were made with our travel time in mind. The appointments were early or exactly on time. After the repair of the tear of the tendon in my elbow and a few weeks of therapy, I am able to do all things without even a thought of the pain I used to have. All of the staff were so very helpful and took care of me every step of the way! I am so thankful for all of the staff at HSS. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who needed orthopedic surgery.
