I had bunions on both feet and was experiencing lots of pain while running and exercising. I decided to have a Lapidus surgery procedure on my left foot in January 2017. I was able to run my first 5K, two months after the surgery and 10K after 3.5 months. My foot looks perfect and feels great. I am very satisfied, and will have the same procedure done on my right foot in November, after I run my second NYC Marathon.
