Knee Revision (Revision Total Knee Replacement)

I came to HSS for a second opinion after 2 right knee replacement surgery. I met Dr. Jerabek who suggested a revision surgery was needed. On December 30th I has the revision surgery. On December 31 PT began at 8:30 in the morning. Between the surgery and PT I experienced a near painless recovery. I was discharged on January 2. Once I was home I began at home PT. 2 weeks later I started out patient therapy Dr. Jerabek's office was in contact with the physical therapists to set up the PT procedures. As of March 1st I completed my PT program. I am now beginning to get ready to resume playing golf. Dr. Jerabek says that by spring I should be able to play golf.
