I tore my pectoralis major on January 8th, 2014 while bench pressing. It was the first injury in my life where I needed surgery and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The service at HSS was top notch. I was checked on every couple of hours during the night I stayed in the hospital. Dr. Cordasco was an excellent surgeon, extremely personable, caring, and overall a cool guy. His staff is upbeat, efficient, and extremely friendly. Overall I couldn't speak higher of Dr. Cordasco and his team, they're truly A+. I returned to exercise as Dr. Cordasco said I would. I now practice Crossfit, Yoga, and have recently dabbled with some Parkour & American Ninja Warrior obstacles. I also plan on doing the Spartan race in the next couple of months. Care of my health and enjoyment of my body is a big part of my life which Dr. Cordasco and his team gave back to me. I feel fortunate to have had him as my doctor and can't thank him enough.
