I had my left knee replaced in Texas and it was an "OK" experience. I had my right knee replaced at HSS and the experience was more than I could ever hope for. I was released from the hospital after only two days. The very first time I walked on the new knee, I completed all the requirements to be released. On the third day, My wife and I were sightseeing in New York. Crazy as it sounds, it is true. HSS knows what they are doing!
