I lived with pain for 8 years. I decided to do something about and went to my local doctors. They would not work on me because of my age. I then went down to see Charles and told me I will be playing basketball in a year and God bless I'm back to work. I'm exercising everyday I lost 30 pounds the best thing I ever did taking care of my knee. I recommend you don't live in pain. Go down to the doctors and see what's wrong.
