Christy Romano, NP

Christy Romano is an Adult Nurse Practitioner at the Hospital for Special Surgery in the Adult Reconstruction and Joint Replacement Service.  She previously worked as a clinical nurse in the OSCU and SDU developing interdisciplinary relationships and leadership skills to provide Magnet-level nursing care and assistance to patients and their family members.  Prior to HSS, Christy worked as a nurse for intensive care patients, the geriatric population, and a medical surgical unit.

Christy graduated from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey, with a Master of Science in Nursing.  She received orthopedic nurse certification in 2016. Christy is ACLS and BLS certified.

Christy has spent time in Wayne, New Jersey, and Santa Monica, California.
