Patient Case History: Bobby

Lengthening and correction of femur after growth arrest

Patient Surgeon: S. Robert Rozbruch
Bobby sustained damage to his femur growth plate that led to a 8 cm (3.5 inches) leg length discrepancy and a knock knee (valgus) deformity.

Using a Taylor Spatial Frame, we lengthened and straightened his leg 3.5 inches.

Bobby has symmetrical legs and is back to all activities including running and football. Read about Bobby's progress since his treatment.
