HSS Orthopedics Now provides patients 12 years and older access to orthopedic care within 72 hours for sudden injuries and severe pain in order to triage, diagnose, treat, and when needed, refer patients to a higher level of care in an expedited timeframe. Same‑day appointments are usually available.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 11am - 7pm.

Conditions we treat include bone, joint, or muscle injuries within the past week, swollen joints, possible sprains or broken bones, and acute severe pain in the neck or back that is causing you to have trouble moving.
Conditions we are unable to treat include open fractures, closed reductions, concussions, or injuries in need of suturing.
For emergencies (e.g. the bone has broken through the skin), please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency care location.
