Pendulum Exercise - Left Total Shoulder Replacement
Purpose
- Relax your left shoulder gently away from body
Starting position
- When standing, lean forward and hold onto a stable surface using your right arm for balance
Action
- Gently move your body side to side, forward and back, clockwise, and counter-clockwise in small circles
Tips
- If you become dizzy or lightheaded, immediately stop performing this exercise
- If very difficult, you may perform this exercise seated
