3 Simple Stretches You Should Do If You Sit All Day

Tech Insider reports that sitting all day can cause damage to your body. Erica Fritz, PT, DPT, OCS, a physical therapist at Hospital for Special Surgery, shares advice for those who sit for a majority of the day while at work.

Erica recommends that office workers should stand up every 30 minutes, and perform stretches such as squeezing your shoulder blades back to alleviate the pain associated with sitting all day.
