- This video will show you how to safely move into the starting position for the Elbow Flexion/Extension and Forearm Pronation/Supination exercises.
Starting position
- Lying flat on your back with the injured elbow supported on a folded towel.
Tip
- Use the hand on your uninjured side to safely guide your injured elbow.
