You should sit in the back seat of the car behind the passenger. Back up to the seat of the car and sit down first, being careful not to use your left arm. You can reach back for the seat with your right arm. Once seated, slowly turn and bring your legs into the car. Have your driver assist you with the seatbelt. If possible, you can have a pillow for comfort while sitting in the car.
