HSS: Shortened KOOS Is Valid!

Orthopedics This Week—March 22, 2017

Hospital for Special Surgery has recently shortened its Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS JR.) survey, making it easier to assess patient outcomes following a total knee replacement (TKR). Orthopedics This Week interviewed Alexander S. McLawhorn, MD, MBA on the updated survey. The article also features feedback from Steven B. Haas, MD and Stephen Lyman, PhD

"The seven questions on the shortened survey were selected from the 42-question KOOS survey.
