Stair Stretch - Exercises After Left Total Knee Replacement
Purpose
- Helps improve range of motion of your knee
Starting position
- Holding onto a rail, place your left foot on a step with your left knee bent
Action
- Move your hips forward to gently bend your left knee more
- Hold the stretch, and then move your hips back to release
Tip
- To achieve a greater stretch, place your left foot on the second step
