Quadriceps Set - Exercises After Left Total Knee Replacement
Purpose
- Strengthens the muscles on the top of your thighs
Starting position
- Lie on your back with your legs straight
Action
- Tighten the muscles on top of your thighs, pressing your knees down into the bed
Tips
- Avoid tightening other muscles or holding your breath
- Relax completely in between repetitions
