"Have fun! Make a great smoothie with the fruits you like."

Timing & Number of Servings:

This recipe takes 5-10 minutes to prepare, and can feed 2 people.


  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe Directions:

  1. Cut up the banana.
  2. Pour milk in the blender, add the fruit, blend and sweeten with honey.
  3. Serve cold, with ice.

Use 1% milk to make this recipe healthier.
