Banana Milk Shake

"I chose this because I like bananas."

Timing & Number of Servings:

This recipe takes 10 minutes to prepare, and can feed 5 people.


  • 3 large bananas
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (light)
  • 1 1/2 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions:

  1. Chop up the bananas.
  2. Get a parent to put all the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend ingredients.

Healthy Note:

Use 1% milk and vanilla frozen yogurt to make this recipe healthier.
