Stair Stretch



Purpose

  • Helps improve range of motion of your knee

Starting position

  • Holding onto a rail, place your right foot on a step with your right knee bent

Action

  • Move your hips forward to gently bend your right knee more
  • Hold the stretch, and then move your hips back to release

Tip

  • To achieve a greater stretch, place your right foot on the second step
