Aisling has experience treating a wide variety of sports-related and orthopedic injuries, with a focus on knee, ankle and foot injuries. As a former Irish international soccer player, she has a special interest in soccer-related injuries, and has experience treating soccer players of all ages and levels. In 2014, she completed a rotation at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, where she worked with US National Team gymnasts, fencers, wrestlers, and weightlifters. Aisling has a strong interest in movement assessment and injury prevention, with a special focus on successfully returning athletes to their sport following injury.
As a student of movement, Aisling believes in the importance of daily exercise, and can be found spinning, running in Central Park, recovering in a yoga class, or taking part in CrossFit in Manhattan daily. She continues to compete in soccer as a member of the New York Athletic Club women's team and is a graduate of the Sports Physical Therapy Clinical Residency at Hospital for Special Surgery.
