Dr. Lisa Mandl specializes in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and osteoarthritis. She is actively involved in research in these areas, and has been funded by many organizations including the National Institutes of Health.
She has published numerous articles in peer reviewed journals and regularly presents her work at national and international meetings. She has received awards for teaching excellence, and is also actively involved in teaching fellows, residents and medical students.
Dr. Mandl received her MD and Internal Medicine residency training at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia. She received her fellowship training in Rheumatology at The Brigham and Women’s Hospital /Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. She also received a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health.
